Recipe Review: BBQ Ribs

by Ray Chen in

I tried out a new recipe for ribs tonight. Aside from the fact that I'm a complete newbie at cooking, I've been pretty hesitant on cooking ribs because of my fear that they'll turn out too dry or too tough.

I'm happy to say that Beth's melt in your mouth ribs put all my fears to rest. Not only does it taste amazing, but it also was super easy to prepare and clean up.

That's what the ribs look like when you take them out of the oven. They go into the oven with nothing more than a dry rub and they come out totally moist and tender. I suppose cooking for 2 hours in its own juices will do that.

After you take it out of the oven, you still have to put it back in to broil. You do it once for each side.

The finished product has a nice crust from the broiled sauce and a succulent center that just falls off the bone. Overall, this is a 5/5 and I'll definitely be making it again.
